Product Description:

The main method of channel steel surface galvanizing is hot dip galvanizing. Hot dip galvanizing is developed from the older method of hot dip galvanizing. It has a history of 170 years since it was applied to industry in France in 1836. However, in the past 30 years, with the rapid development of cold rolled strip, hot dip galvanizing industry has been developed on a large scale.

Hot dip zinc is one of the best coating methods for protecting steel matrix. It is in the liquid state of zinc, after quite complex physical and chemical action, not only on the iron and steel plating thicker pure zinc layer, but also generate a zinc-iron alloy layer. This plating method, not only has the corrosion resistance of galvanized, but also because of the zinc iron alloy layer. It also has strong corrosion resistance that electrogalvanizing can not be compared with. Therefore, this plating method is especially suitable for a variety of strong acid, alkali fog and other strong corrosion environment.
